Before School and After School Care
If your child requires regularly scheduled before-care and/or after-care, please complete and return the form below to the office no later than the first day of school. If you wish to have your child stay for after-care on a last-minute occasional basis, please call the office to arrange this ahead of time. Students who are not picked up by the end of the dismissal time (3:05) will be taken to after-care and families will be charged a $10 late fee and a minimum of one hour of after-care.
After care is billed at $5.50/hour for the first child and $3.00/hour for siblings. Late pick up (after 6:00 pm) will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes past 6:00 pm. There is a minimum charge for one hour.
Before-care is available from 8:00 am until 8:25 am in the fireplace room for $3.00 per child. You may not drop off your child in before-care before 8:00 am. Children who are dropped at school before 8:25 am will be taken to before-care and the family will be charged accordingly.
Families whose children are pre-registered for after-care, but will be absent for particular day(s) will be charged the regular fee, unless the office was informed by noon on the requested day.
